We are a newly founded small business, and we are currently not offering returns or exchanges. Most of our products are not able to be returned as they are handcrafted with care and love just for you.
If you by chance received the wrong product, dissatisfied with your product, or did not receive your product; you can email customer service at email@example.com with detailed information and any supporting documentation. Please allow a response time of up to 12-24 hours.
Shipping and Handling
Black Euphoria is a small black-owned business and all of our goods are handcrafted with love and care. We ask that you provide us with 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping and handling.
Orders will be shipped out Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am-5 pm (PST) through USPS. While our order processing times are normal, USPS continues to experience challenges in certain parts of the country due to COVID-19 —so you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we know they are doing their best to get shipments delivered as quickly as possible!
Shipping & handling costs are based on your subtotal amount, and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Shipping & handling is calculated after applicable discounts and before any applicable sales tax. International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country.
